The following is the program of the JSC2010. Depending on the level of tiredness of the group, some changes might occur during the week.

Summary of activities:

  • 8 jogging
  • 8 yoga sessions
  • 26 regular outdoor classes
  • 1 suiton jutsu (in the lake)
  • 4 night trainings outdoor
  • and a lot of writing, cleaning, cooking
